Ultimately, this book is a YA (Young Adult) series with fantasy, action, romance and mystery as its main genres. I'm using one of the ancient 7 Wonders of the World (Hanging Gardens of Babylon) as a significant piece of the setting with strong significance to the plot. Other aspects of my book - the setting, character appearances, names, etc. - is inspired by a mix of Victorian England and the ancient Middle East, and involves magic (in the story, it's called "jiku")!
